These are the terms you accept in the FarmsEasy app. FarmsEasy is provided by
[COMPANY NAME], [REGISTERED ADDRESS] (“FarmsEasy”, “we”, “us”).
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or otherwise using the FarmsEasy app, you agree to be bound by these
Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Description of Service
FarmsEasy is a poultry contract farming management platform connecting companies,
supervisors, farm owners, farmers, and chicken centers for farm operations, supply orders,
and bird sales tracking. The sections below cover the terms specific to each role.
For Company Admins
Company Data Ownership
Farms, farmers, supervisors, batches, and supply-chain records created under your company
belong to your company. You are responsible for the accuracy of data your company submits.
Managing Your Team
You are responsible for the conduct of the Supervisors and Company Admins you add, and for
promptly removing access for users who no longer work with your company.
Supply Chain Relationships
Supplier and product relationships you establish are visible to the counterparties
involved. You agree to act in good faith in supply order and bird sale transactions recorded
through the app.
For Supervisors
Scope of Access
Your access is limited to the farms and farmers assigned to you by your company. You agree
not to attempt to view or modify records outside your assignment.
Field Data Accuracy
Feed, mortality, weight, and harvest records you submit are relied upon by your company and
farm owners to make operational and payment decisions. You are responsible for recording
this data accurately and promptly.
Farm Owner Relationships
You may edit farm and farmer details only for farms actively assigned to you. This access
can be changed or revoked by your company at any time.
For Farm Owners and Farmers
Your Farm Data
You are responsible for the accuracy of the farm and batch information you provide,
including farm details, location, and pre-batch readiness reports.
Company Relationships
Granting a company access to your farmer profile allows that company’s supervisors and
admins to view and manage batches placed with you. You may request access from additional
companies, or track the status of existing requests, from within the app.
Batch & Delivery Records
Batch and delivery records tied to your farms are shared with the company managing that
batch for operational and payment purposes.
Data Privacy
We collect and process the information needed to run the platform — profile details, farm
and batch records, and activity logs. Data is shared only with the parties your role and
company relationships permit. Our Privacy Policy explains in full what
we collect, why, and how to see, correct or delete it.
Intellectual Property
The FarmsEasy app, its branding, and its underlying software are the property of FarmsEasy
and its licensors. Nothing in these terms grants you rights to our trademarks or source
code.
Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these terms, misuse the
platform, or where a company/tenant relationship ends. You may stop using the app at any
time, and you can delete your account in the app under Settings → Delete account or at
farmseasy.com/account/delete.
Limitation of Liability
FarmsEasy is provided “as is.” We are not liable for losses arising from farm operational
decisions made using data recorded in the app, or from service interruptions outside our
reasonable control.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the app
after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

FarmsEasy ಆ್ಯಪ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ನೀವು ಒಪ್ಪುವ ನಿಯಮಗಳು ಇವು. FarmsEasy ಅನ್ನು [COMPANY NAME],

ಖಾತೆ ತೆರೆಯುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಅಥವಾ FarmsEasy ಆ್ಯಪ್ ಅನ್ನು ಬೇರೆ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬಳಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ, ಈ ನಿಯಮಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಷರತ್ತುಗಳಿಗೆ
ಬದ್ಧರಾಗಿರಲು ನೀವು ಒಪ್ಪುತ್ತೀರಿ. ನೀವು ಒಪ್ಪದಿದ್ದರೆ, ದಯವಿಟ್ಟು ಆ್ಯಪ್ ಬಳಸಬೇಡಿ.

FarmsEasy ಕೋಳಿ ಒಪ್ಪಂದ ಸಾಕಣೆ ನಿರ್ವಹಣಾ ವೇದಿಕೆ. ಇದು ಫಾರ್ಮ್ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಚರಣೆ, ಸರಬರಾಜು ಆರ್ಡರ್ಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಕೋಳಿ
ಮಾರಾಟದ ದಾಖಲೆಗಾಗಿ ಕಂಪನಿಗಳು, ಸೂಪರ್ವೈಸರ್ಗಳು, ಫಾರ್ಮ್ ಮಾಲೀಕರು, ರೈತರು ಮತ್ತು ಚಿಕನ್ ಸೆಂಟರ್ಗಳನ್ನು
ಜೋಡಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಕೆಳಗಿನ ವಿಭಾಗಗಳು ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದು ಪಾತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಅನ್ವಯಿಸುವ ನಿಯಮಗಳನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಸುತ್ತವೆ.
ಕಂಪನಿ ಅಡ್ಮಿನ್ಗಳಿಗೆ
ಕಂಪನಿಯ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯ ಮಾಲೀಕತ್ವ
ನಿಮ್ಮ ಕಂಪನಿಯಡಿ ರಚಿಸಲಾದ ಫಾರ್ಮ್ಗಳು, ರೈತರು, ಸೂಪರ್ವೈಸರ್ಗಳು, ಬ್ಯಾಚ್ಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಸರಬರಾಜು ಸರಪಳಿ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳು
ನಿಮ್ಮ ಕಂಪನಿಗೆ ಸೇರಿವೆ. ನಿಮ್ಮ ಕಂಪನಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯ ನಿಖರತೆಗೆ ನೀವೇ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರರು.
ನಿಮ್ಮ ತಂಡದ ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆ
ನೀವು ಸೇರಿಸುವ ಸೂಪರ್ವೈಸರ್ಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಕಂಪನಿ ಅಡ್ಮಿನ್ಗಳ ನಡವಳಿಕೆಗೆ, ಹಾಗೂ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಕಂಪನಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಇನ್ನು ಕೆಲಸ
ಮಾಡದವರ ಪ್ರವೇಶವನ್ನು ತಕ್ಷಣ ತೆಗೆದುಹಾಕಲು ನೀವೇ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರರು.
ಸರಬರಾಜು ಸರಪಳಿ ಸಂಬಂಧಗಳು
ನೀವು ರೂಪಿಸುವ ಪೂರೈಕೆದಾರ ಮತ್ತು ಉತ್ಪನ್ನ ಸಂಬಂಧಗಳು ಸಂಬಂಧಿತ ಇನ್ನೊಂದು ಪಕ್ಷಕ್ಕೆ ಕಾಣುತ್ತವೆ. ಆ್ಯಪ್ ಮೂಲಕ
ದಾಖಲಾಗುವ ಸರಬರಾಜು ಆರ್ಡರ್ ಮತ್ತು ಕೋಳಿ ಮಾರಾಟ ವ್ಯವಹಾರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಾಮಾಣಿಕವಾಗಿ ನಡೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ನೀವು ಒಪ್ಪುತ್ತೀರಿ.
ಸೂಪರ್ವೈಸರ್ಗಳಿಗೆ
ಪ್ರವೇಶದ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿ
ನಿಮ್ಮ ಕಂಪನಿ ನಿಮಗೆ ನೇಮಿಸಿದ ಫಾರ್ಮ್ಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ರೈತರಿಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಪ್ರವೇಶ ಸೀಮಿತ. ನಿಮ್ಮ ನೇಮಕದ ಹೊರಗಿನ
ದಾಖಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ನೋಡಲು ಅಥವಾ ಬದಲಿಸಲು ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ನೀವು ಒಪ್ಪುತ್ತೀರಿ.
ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯ ನಿಖರತೆ
ನೀವು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವ ಆಹಾರ, ಸಾವು, ತೂಕ ಮತ್ತು ಕಟಾವು ದಾಖಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ಆಧರಿಸಿ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಕಂಪನಿ ಮತ್ತು ಫಾರ್ಮ್ ಮಾಲೀಕರು
ಕಾರ್ಯಾಚರಣೆ ಮತ್ತು ಪಾವತಿ ನಿರ್ಧಾರಗಳನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಈ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು ನಿಖರವಾಗಿ ಮತ್ತು ತಕ್ಷಣ
ದಾಖಲಿಸುವುದು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿ.
ಫಾರ್ಮ್ ಮಾಲೀಕರೊಂದಿಗಿನ ಸಂಬಂಧ
ನಿಮಗೆ ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ನೇಮಿಸಲಾದ ಫಾರ್ಮ್ಗಳ ಫಾರ್ಮ್ ಮತ್ತು ರೈತರ ವಿವರಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾತ್ರ ನೀವು ತಿದ್ದಬಹುದು. ಈ ಪ್ರವೇಶವನ್ನು
ನಿಮ್ಮ ಕಂಪನಿ ಯಾವಾಗ ಬೇಕಾದರೂ ಬದಲಿಸಬಹುದು ಅಥವಾ ಹಿಂಪಡೆಯಬಹುದು.
ಫಾರ್ಮ್ ಮಾಲೀಕರು ಮತ್ತು ರೈತರಿಗೆ
ನಿಮ್ಮ ಫಾರ್ಮ್ ಮಾಹಿತಿ
ಫಾರ್ಮ್ ವಿವರಗಳು, ಸ್ಥಳ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರೀ-ಬ್ಯಾಚ್ ಸಿದ್ಧತಾ ವರದಿಗಳು ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ನೀವು ನೀಡುವ ಫಾರ್ಮ್ ಮತ್ತು ಬ್ಯಾಚ್ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯ
ನಿಖರತೆಗೆ ನೀವೇ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರರು.
ಕಂಪನಿಗಳೊಂದಿಗಿನ ಸಂಬಂಧ
ನಿಮ್ಮ ರೈತ ಪ್ರೊಫೈಲ್ಗೆ ಒಂದು ಕಂಪನಿಗೆ ಪ್ರವೇಶ ನೀಡಿದರೆ, ಆ ಕಂಪನಿಯ ಸೂಪರ್ವೈಸರ್ಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಅಡ್ಮಿನ್ಗಳು ನಿಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ
ಇರಿಸಿದ ಬ್ಯಾಚ್ಗಳನ್ನು ನೋಡಬಹುದು ಮತ್ತು ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಬಹುದು. ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಕಂಪನಿಗಳಿಂದ ಪ್ರವೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ವಿನಂತಿಸಲು ಅಥವಾ ಈಗಿರುವ
ವಿನಂತಿಗಳ ಸ್ಥಿತಿ ನೋಡಲು ಆ್ಯಪ್ನಲ್ಲೇ ಸಾಧ್ಯ.
ಬ್ಯಾಚ್ ಮತ್ತು ವಿತರಣಾ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳು
ನಿಮ್ಮ ಫಾರ್ಮ್ಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ಬ್ಯಾಚ್ ಮತ್ತು ವಿತರಣಾ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ಕಾರ್ಯಾಚರಣೆ ಮತ್ತು ಪಾವತಿ ಉದ್ದೇಶಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ಆ ಬ್ಯಾಚ್
ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುವ ಕಂಪನಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಹಂಚಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಗೌಪ್ಯತೆ
ವೇದಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಲು ಬೇಕಾದ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು — ಪ್ರೊಫೈಲ್ ವಿವರಗಳು, ಫಾರ್ಮ್ ಮತ್ತು ಬ್ಯಾಚ್ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆ
ದಾಖಲೆಗಳು — ನಾವು ಸಂಗ್ರಹಿಸಿ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ. ನಿಮ್ಮ ಪಾತ್ರ ಮತ್ತು ಕಂಪನಿ ಸಂಬಂಧಗಳು ಅನುಮತಿಸುವವರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ
ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಹಂಚಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ನಾವು ಏನು ಸಂಗ್ರಹಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ, ಏಕೆ, ಮತ್ತು ಅದನ್ನು ಹೇಗೆ ನೋಡಬಹುದು, ತಿದ್ದಬಹುದು ಅಥವಾ
ಅಳಿಸಬಹುದು ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ನಮ್ಮ ಗೌಪ್ಯತಾ ನೀತಿ ಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ವಿವರಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.
ಬೌದ್ಧಿಕ ಆಸ್ತಿ
FarmsEasy ಆ್ಯಪ್, ಅದರ ಬ್ರ್ಯಾಂಡ್ ಮತ್ತು ಅದರ ಸಾಫ್ಟ್ವೇರ್ FarmsEasy ಮತ್ತು ಅದರ ಪರವಾನಗಿದಾರರ ಆಸ್ತಿ. ಈ ನಿಯಮಗಳು
ನಮ್ಮ ಟ್ರೇಡ್ಮಾರ್ಕ್ಗಳು ಅಥವಾ ಸೋರ್ಸ್ ಕೋಡ್ ಮೇಲೆ ನಿಮಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಹಕ್ಕು ನೀಡುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
ಅಮಾನತು ಮತ್ತು ಅಂತ್ಯ
ಈ ನಿಯಮಗಳನ್ನು ಉಲ್ಲಂಘಿಸುವ, ವೇದಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ದುರ್ಬಳಕೆ ಮಾಡುವ, ಅಥವಾ ಕಂಪನಿ/ಟೆನೆಂಟ್ ಸಂಬಂಧ ಕೊನೆಗೊಂಡ ಖಾತೆಗಳ
ಪ್ರವೇಶವನ್ನು ನಾವು ಅಮಾನತುಗೊಳಿಸಬಹುದು ಅಥವಾ ಕೊನೆಗೊಳಿಸಬಹುದು. ನೀವು ಯಾವಾಗ ಬೇಕಾದರೂ ಆ್ಯಪ್ ಬಳಕೆ ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಬಹುದು;
ಆ್ಯಪ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಸೆಟ್ಟಿಂಗ್ಗಳು → ಖಾತೆ ಅಳಿಸಿ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಥವಾ
farmseasy.com/account/delete ನಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಖಾತೆಯನ್ನು ಅಳಿಸಬಹುದು.
ಹೊಣೆಗಾರಿಕೆಯ ಮಿತಿ
FarmsEasy ಅನ್ನು “ಇದ್ದ ಹಾಗೆಯೇ” ಒದಗಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಆ್ಯಪ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ದಾಖಲಾದ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಬಳಸಿ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡ ಫಾರ್ಮ್ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಚರಣೆ
ನಿರ್ಧಾರಗಳಿಂದ, ಅಥವಾ ನಮ್ಮ ಸಮಂಜಸ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣದ ಹೊರಗಿನ ಸೇವಾ ಅಡಚಣೆಗಳಿಂದ ಉಂಟಾಗುವ ನಷ್ಟಗಳಿಗೆ ನಾವು
ಹೊಣೆಗಾರರಲ್ಲ.
ಈ ನಿಯಮಗಳ ಬದಲಾವಣೆಗಳು
ನಾವು ಈ ನಿಯಮಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಷರತ್ತುಗಳನ್ನು ಕಾಲಕಾಲಕ್ಕೆ ನವೀಕರಿಸಬಹುದು. ನವೀಕರಣದ ನಂತರವೂ ಆ್ಯಪ್ ಬಳಸುವುದನ್ನು ಮುಂದುವರಿಸಿದರೆ,
ಪರಿಷ್ಕೃತ ನಿಯಮಗಳನ್ನು ಒಪ್ಪಿದಂತೆ.
