Delete your FarmsEasy account

Use this page if you cannot use the app. In the FarmsEasy app, the same request is under Settings → Delete account.

What happens

You are signed out on every device straight away.
Your personal details — name, phone, email, address, bank details and photo — are erased 30 days after you ask.
Changed your mind? Sign in to the app before then and the request is cancelled.
If you still have a batch running, or money or salary still to be settled, we erase your details only once that is finished.
Records your company must keep by law — batches, reports, payouts and payroll — stay with the company, no longer linked to your name.

If you are the only admin of your company, first make another team member an admin in the app. FarmsEasy staff accounts cannot be deleted here.
